WRiTEON! - Actors
Interested in acting? WRiTEON! provides valuable experience in front of an audience for local actors at all levels. Our current acting roster includes professionals with extensive stage and screen experience as well as newcomers whose first and only acting experience has been with us. We need actors of all ages and memorisation is not usually required. Actors must be available for Sunday evening performances and rehearsals on Sunday afternoon and at least one weekday evening. We also run occasional acting workshops and circulate local acting opportunities when they arise.
Casting for Naked Stage
14 and 17 September

Interested in taking part in Naked Stage as an actor or director? Then mark your calendars now for one of the three casting sessions we will be holding in September. We have many new actors and directors on the books so we will need everyone who would like to take part to attend at least one session. This is not an audition, though we will ask you to read from some scripts and you will have the option of performing a monologue of your own choosing. From this we can get an idea of the types of roles for which you will be suited.
The casting sessions will all be at the Portland Arms. You will only need to attend one session. The sessions available are:
Sunday,14th September, 3-5 pm OR 7-9 pm
Wednesday, 17th September, 7-9 pm.
