WHAT IS FIRST STAGE?

First Stage is a series of staged rehearsed readings of new short plays or extracts from longer plays. First Stage 2017 was presented on Sunday 22nd and Sunday 29th January 2017 at 7pm. Each performance was followed by an opportunity for audience feedback. They were staged in the upstairs function room of The Boathouse in Cambridge.

WHAT WAS PERFORMED?

WRiTEON received 23 script from writers which were anonymised and assessed by a reading panel. On Wednesday 14th December we selected the scripts that were featured in our season:
