Membership Payments

From January 2021 our membership fee is £12 per calendar year (January to December), reduced to £10 per year if you set up an annual payment. 

Membership payments can be made by direct debit via our GoCardless account. The following buttons will take you to a form to set up a direct debit mandate, which will enable us to collect your payment(s):

Once the mandate is set up, we can (with your consent, of course) start, stop or alter regular payments and, if required, collect additional fees, e.g. for workshops. If you have any problems, or want to alter how you pay, contact us at membership@writeon.org.uk.

Note that when you sign up for a regular payment, you’ll get two separate notifications from GoCardless, one for the first regular payment (which will be at the start of the following year) and another for the first (current year) payment.

If you sign up for a single payment and then want to do so again the following year, do not use the above link again, just email us at membership@writeon.org.uk and we can arrange this.

Alternative payment methods

If you’d prefer not to use GoCardless, you can instead pay by bank transfer or standing order. If you do this and are a first-time member, please also email membership@writeon.org.uk with your name and email address. Our bank account details are:

  • Account Name: Write On (note this is spelled with a space on our bank records)

  • Reference: memb2021  followed by your name
