A Twist of Lemon

Sunday 28th July in Corpus Playroom, 7pm.  £6/5.  Book at

A Twist of Lemon is a compilation of fresh and zingy new writing, imaginatively staged (script-in-hand) by an ensemble company of local actors. Expect a hint of bitterness and an icy chill or two. Expect to be surprised again and again as a multitude of plots twist and turn and twist again, in this evening of innovative new drama.Following the success of last summer’s Angles, WRiTEON brings another staging of specially written new work to the quirky space of the Corpus Playroom. This year’s writers’ brief to give us tales with a twist (or two or more) is a particularly tall order when the audience is primed to expect them, so we are pulling out all the stops to make sure you don’t see them all coming.
